Setup Fee
Charged at signup to activate your number and create your account. Service starts immediately after payment.
Monthly Fee
Fixed amount based on your selected plan. Billing starts on the 1st of the month after activation.
Usage Fee
SMS sending and voice call charges based on actual usage, combined with your monthly bill.

Why does billing start the next month?
To avoid charging for partial months, we use full calendar months as the billing unit. The activation month is a free trial period, with monthly fees starting from the 1st of the following month.
SMS Sending Rates
Receiving SMS is completely free. Sending is billed by character count.

Character Counting Rules
We count characters using half-width units as the base.
- Half-width alphanumeric / ASCII symbols = 1 char each
- Full-width Kanji = 2 chars each
- Full-width Kana (Hiragana, Katakana) = 2 chars each
- Full-width punctuation / alphanumeric = 2 chars each
Examples
- "Hello 123" = 9 chars (all half-width)
- "東京" = 4 chars (2 kanji × 2)
- "もしもし" = 8 chars (4 kana × 2)
Voice Call Rates
Voice plans only — domestic Japan calls supported
Billing Notes
- Billing unit is 30 seconds. Calls under 30 seconds are billed as 30 seconds.
- Call charges are calculated immediately after each call and combined into your monthly invoice.
- Lite plans do not support voice calls.
